Our Front Office Team
Kelly Reid (Braugh), our Director, brings over two decades of childcare experience to the team. She is supported by a strong management team that helps create a safe and loving learning environment for our Lighthouse family.
Our Teaching Teams
Our ten classrooms are comprised of Infant and Toddler teams, Preschool teams, Pre-K and Advanced Pre-K teams, and School Age teams. All are trained to teach our age specific, proprietary curriculum. Before we add team members, we rigorously screen all potential staff and perform extensive background checks to ensure proven experience and an excellent safety record. Our staff also receive continuous training in CPR, health, classroom teaching skills, and child safety.
