Iyore has over ten years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to opening the Childrens Lighthouse Learning Center, Iyore was the Business Administrator for Americare Health, a medical group of primary care and pediatrics practices with locations in North and South Carolina. She was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of all the locations in this medical group.

Iyore believes that children are special and hold unlimited potential. She spent years researching the childcare market in the Charlotte area with dreams and aspirations of someday owning and operating her own childcare center.

Iyore is married with children.
