Hello! My name is Heather McGill, and I’m honored to serve as the Director of Children's Lighthouse - N Tarrant Pkwy. I have spent over a decade in the education field, and I am passionate about creating an environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of North Texas and am proud to live right here in Keller, the same wonderful community our school serves. My husband, Uriah, is a local police officer, and together we’re raising our two amazing children—Sophia (9) and Tyson (6).
I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment that sparks curiosity, encourages early learning, and supports social and emotional growth—all while making sure there’s plenty of fun. I value strong partnerships with families and believe that, together, we can help every child feel confident, loved, and excited about the world around them.
