Our company is expanding and we are looking for dynamic leaders to fill key management positions at our schools. Must possess the ability to lead, manage and motivate staff in a large childcare environment. Must be proficient in budgeting, planning, revenue and expense analysis, marketing, and customer relations. Must have the ability to make informed decisions, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and possess strong initiative qualities. A CDA or Associate Degree is required and Bachelors Degree is preferred. At least 2 years managerial experience in a licensed Childcare Center is required.
Center Directors are responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of one Childrens Lighthouse. This person maximizes school capacity, manages systems, personnel, regulations and budget.
The Assistant Center Director is responsible for and supports the Center Director in the overall day-to-day operations and all other functions. This person is in charge when the Center Director is out.
Administrative Assistants are responsible for collections, customer accounts, deposits and other book keeping as directed by checklist. They are also responsible for children files.
Teachers are responsible for daily planning, execution of plans, and supervision of children. Teachers also provide educational services while monitoring the health and safety of the children.
Assistant teachers assist with daily planning and supervision as directed by the teacher.
Food Service Managers are responsible for planning and preparation of meals and snacks according to state nutritional guidelines. They also order and maintain inventories of food, paper, and janitorial supplies.
