Varun and Navi both are business graduates and have been a part of corporate America for several years in different leadership roles. They discovered a passion for early childhood learning after the birth of their older daughter Rhea in 2013 when they were looking for childcare options as parents with full time jobs and could not find quality options that satisfied all of their needs and provided a safe and nurturing environment focused on all over development of a child. Their journey led them to discover Children’s Lighthouse, a brand that is focused on ongoing curriculum innovation and takes pride in a family focused brand with deep family values that was evident in their generational dedication to this industry. After the birth of their second daughter, Kiara, in 2019 they decided to pursue their dream of opening a school and were introduced to Viridian.

It has been a monumental journey, just in the last couple of years, working through the various phases of bringing their dream project to life. They are excited to be a part of the Viridian and surrounding communities and look forward to serving families for many years to come.
