Meet The School Director

Tori Bolin brings over a decade of experience in early childhood education, with a background that spans from classroom teaching to school leadership. She’s passionate about creating a warm, structured environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Tori is dedicated to ensuring Children’s Lighthouse of Trinity Falls is a safe haven for students—a place where they are nurtured, protected, and encouraged to grow. She leads with an eye toward the future, always seeking ways to improve programs, strengthen relationships, and provide the best possible experience for children and families.

Her expertise includes supporting children receiving ABA therapy, and she’s a strong advocate for inclusive practices that celebrate the unique strengths of every child. As both an educator and a parent, Tori leads with empathy, intentionality, and a belief in the power of partnership between home and school.

Open and honest communication is central to her leadership style, whether through daily updates, newsletters, or face-to-face conversations. A proud North Texas native and University of North Texas graduate, she enjoys cheering on the Dallas Mavericks, exploring local parks, and making memories with her family.
