Before stepping into this role, I spent several years as a School Director and Executive Director, and before that, I was a Pre-K teacher—where my love for education and child development truly began. For me, working in this field is more than just a career; it’s a calling. I believe in the power of early education and the incredible impact it has on a child’s future. My greatest joy comes from building lasting relationships with children, families, and staff—creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired. I strive to be a strong advocate for both educators and families, ensuring they have the tools and encouragement they need to thrive. Beyond my professional life, I am a proud fur mom to my dachshund, Tex, and my Old English Bulldog, Millie. I was born and raised in North Texas, though I spent a few years in Tennessee before returning to my roots.
