Hello, my name is Ramiah Alissa, and I am a proud mother of four, three wonderful daughters and one energetic son. My career in early childhood education began out of a deep love for children and the joy I find in watching them learn, grow, and discover the world around them. This passion inspired me to leave my previous career in microbiology and follow my true calling.
I joined Children’s Lighthouse of Sachse in 2018 as an Infant Teacher and was quickly promoted to Lead Teacher of the Preschool class, thanks to my strong classroom management skills and dedication to creating a nurturing learning environment. Over the years, I have worked in every classroom with each age group, but I found my longest and most rewarding time in the Advanced Pre-Kindergarten class, where I spent two years helping prepare young learners for a successful transition to kindergarten.
My commitment and leadership led to my promotion as Administrative Assistant under Luma Kawar, and shortly thereafter, I became her Assistant Director. In 2024, I was honored to step into the role of School Director, where I continue to lead with the same passion, dedication, and care that have guided me from the very beginning.
Every day, I strive to ensure that our school is a place where children feel safe, valued, and inspired. A place where they can truly shine!
