My name is Mistie Cobb and I am happy to be part of the Children’s Lighthouse community.  I have been with Lighthouse for 5 years and have enjoyed every day.  I attended the University of Texas at San Antonio where I studied English Literature and Communication. I started my career 25 years ago when my daughter began attending a daycare center near our home.  I started as an After-school counselor and quickly moved to administration.  I acquired a Child Development Degree and a Texas Directors Licenses just after my son was born.  My family is my world and by extension the children in my care.  I have a passion for working with young children.  I have an open door policy and am always available for families. Please do not hesitate to stop me in the hall, in the office or anywhere, if you would like to talk. I look forward to many more years with Children’s Lighthouse, Round Rock.
