I hold a Master’s degree in Education and Psychology, which has equipped me with a deep understanding of both academic excellence and the social-emotional needs of children.
My professional background includes 5 years of experience as a high school teacher, where I worked closely with students to support academic growth, character development, and lifelong learning skills.
In addition, I bring over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership, serving in various roles that focus on program development, staff training, family engagement, and quality improvement.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to creating nurturing, structured, and high-quality learning environments that support children, families, and educators alike. I believe that strong educational foundations are built through collaboration, consistency, and a genuine love for teaching and learning.
As an Executive Director, my goal is to lead with integrity, professionalism, and compassion while continuously striving for excellence.
