Brittany has 3 daughters, Lydia (4), Coraline (2), and Juniper who was just born in September! Her daughters have been attending Childrens Lighthouse for almost 3 years now. She has been married for 5 years to her husband Jacob. Her husband is a police officer with the city of Olathe. She also comes from a family of officers and other public servants. She attended Emporia University for her degree in early childhood education and Special education and even Spanish! 

She has been with our company going on 3 years and has most recently been working as the assistant director at the Overland Park location for the past year and a half! She is excited to be stepping into the role of Director. Her goals are to focus on staff training, curriculum, and classroom management. 

Brittany started as a preschool teacher at our Gardner location. Her favorite aspect of her job was the curriculum and helping teach and guide our young students. Coming into this new role and position here at Olathe, she is excited to begin working on several curriculum training courses in the month of August to get all our teachers ready for when curriculum starts in the Fall.
