Director: Kathy Wolfe
With over 45 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Kathy brings a treasure trove of knowledge and passion to our school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, along with minors in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Concordia University.
Ms. Kathy joined our team before our school even opened, helping to shape the heart and foundation of our program from day one. She is phenomenal at leading our team — creating a warm, loving environment and a positive culture where both children and teachers can thrive.
Throughout her career, she has been a guiding light for teachers and families alike, nurturing relationships built on trust, care, and respect. Her deep expertise in leadership and dedication to fostering strong connections continue to make her an invaluable part of our school community.
When she’s not inspiring others, Ms. Kathy loves spending quality time with her two sons, traveling to new places, and diving into a good book.
Curriculum Coordinator: Kayla Coutouzis
Ms. Kayla is passionate about young learners and brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to our school. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and spent eight years in the classroom before stepping into her leadership role.
Ms. Kayla has been with our school since before we opened, helping to build the foundation of our curriculum and instructional practices from the very beginning. She has such a gentle and positive demeanor and provides incredible support to all of our teachers as she guides them through our curriculum. Whether it’s mentoring, modeling, or troubleshooting, Ms. Kayla ensures our team has everything they need to continue striving for excellence in early childhood education.
In her free time, Ms. Kayla enjoys life with her daughter and son, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
School Administrator: Whittney Wade
Mrs. Whittney has been with our school since before we opened, playing an essential role in creating the welcoming and organized environment that defines our community. As our School Administrator, she is truly the face of our school — greeting families and students each day with warmth, answering every question with care, and keeping everything running seamlessly.
She is loving, thorough, and incredibly organized, bringing both heart and precision to everything she does. Her joyful presence and attention to detail help make our school a place where families feel supported and connected.
Whittney’s background in Health Information Management complements her natural passion for childcare and education. She is a devoted mother to three daughters, ages 10, 6, and 19 months, who keep her on her toes and inspire her daily. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her family — biking along the Katy Trail or exploring the many beautiful parks in the area.
