Director: Kathy Wolfe
With over 45 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms. Kathy brings a treasure trove of knowledge and passion to our school. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, along with minors in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Concordia University.
Ms. Kathy joined our team before our school even opened, helping to shape the heart and foundation of our program from day one. She is phenomenal at leading our team — creating a warm, loving environment and a positive culture where both children and teachers can thrive.
Throughout her career, she has been a guiding light for teachers and families alike, nurturing relationships built on trust, care, and respect. Her deep expertise in leadership and dedication to fostering strong connections continue to make her an invaluable part of our school community.
When she’s not inspiring others, Ms. Kathy loves spending quality time with her two sons, traveling to new places, and diving into a good book.
Assistant Director: Kayla Coutouzis
Ms. Kayla is passionate about young learners and brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to our school. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and spent eight years in the classroom before stepping into her leadership role.
Ms. Kayla has been with our school since before we opened, helping to build the foundation of our curriculum and instructional practices from the very beginning. She has such a gentle and positive demeanor and provides incredible support to all of our teachers as she guides them through our curriculum. Whether it’s mentoring, modeling, or troubleshooting, Ms. Kayla ensures our team has everything they need to continue striving for excellence in early childhood education.
In her free time, Ms. Kayla enjoys life with her daughter and son, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
School Administrator: Drea Badger
Mrs. Drea has been an integral part of our school since before we opened, originally serving as our Lead Pre-K teacher before transitioning to our administrative team. As our School Administrator, she is often the first friendly face families and children see each day. Whether she is welcoming students, supporting families, answering questions, or ensuring daily operations run smoothly, Mrs. Drea helps create a warm, organized, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
With several years of experience in early childhood education, Mrs. Drea is passionate about supporting young learners and the educators who serve them. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education through Arizona State University, furthering her commitment to providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children.
Outside of work, Mrs. Drea enjoys reading, camping, and hiking with her husband. They share their home with their two beloved dogs, Frankie and Roxy.
Curriculum Coordinator: Angela Quinney
Mrs. Angela is an experienced early childhood professional with more than 20 years of experience working with children and families. Most recently, she owned and operated an in-home baking business. Prior to that, she ran a successful in-home daycare for 10 years, where she provided care, education, and support for young children during their formative years.
Before opening her daycare, Mrs. Angela worked with at-risk youth in group homes throughout Utah, utilizing her bachelor’s degree in Youth Leadership to help guide and support young people facing challenges.
Mrs. Angela's warm, encouraging presence and extensive experience make her an invaluable resource for our team. She works closely with our educators to support curriculum implementation, foster professional growth, and promote best practices in the classroom. Through coaching, collaboration, and hands-on guidance, Mrs. Angela helps ensure our teachers feel confident, supported, and equipped to provide exceptional learning experiences for every child.
Mrs. Angela lives in the Lake Saint Louis area with her husband and their four children.
