My name is Lauren Aguilar, and I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. With over ten years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, I have developed a strong foundation working with children of all ages, supporting their growth, development, and overall well-being.
For the past several years, I have served as a Childcare Director, where I have led staff teams, managed daily operations, and created safe, engaging, and nurturing environments for children and families. I am passionate about building strong relationships, supporting my team, and helping children thrive through structured routines, clear learning objectives, and positive guidance.
As both an educator and a partner to families, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and at peace when leaving their children in our care. I am committed to maintaining open communication, building trust, and ensuring every child feels loved, supported, and valued—while parents feel heard, informed, and reassured every step of the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and of course coffee!
