Danielle Luja is the operating partner of Children’s Lighthouse of Mt. Juliet, where her passion for supporting children and families shines through every day. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2011 while gaining hands-on experience working in childcare. Building on that foundation, she earned her Master’s in human services from Northeastern University in 2017 and went on to work for over eight years in behavioral mental health, partnering with local families to provide care, guidance, and support.
As both a child advocate and mother to two young children, Delaney and Carter, Danielle understands firsthand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can thrive. Alongside her husband, Mariano, she is committed to building a community-centered childcare experience that combines academic readiness with a caring, family-focused atmosphere.
At Children’s Lighthouse, Danielle’s mission is simple: to provide every child with the opportunity to learn, grow, and shine—while giving parents the peace of mind that their little ones are in trusted, loving hands.
