Executive Director - Tebra Minor
My name is Tebra Minor and I am excited to be a part of your family’s educational experience. I have happily taught children of different ages and abilities in diverse settings throughout my career. As I have moved from camp counselor and preschool teacher to Center Director, I have always tried to create environments where children feel safe, excited about learning and loved.
I was born and raised near Chicago, Il and received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from Lake Forest College. I have taught in and managed private programs, military programs and municipal programs for over 25 years. I am especially proud to be a part of Children’s Lighthouse at Little Elm. I look forward to being a part of the journey that each child begins with us. I believe that our work together now will create a future community of engaged and excited citizens, ready to take on any challenge!
Director- Emily Hoff
My name is Emily Hoff! I’ve spent over 14 years working with children in education and childcare, helping create fun, engaging learning experiences for kids of all ages. I studied at Collin College, where I majored in Paralegal Studies and minored in Early Education! I've been a teacher, an assistant director, a counselor, and a STEM learning center director for infants all the way to middle school! My favorite thing about working with children is getting to see their faces light up when they learn something new and watching them put their new skills to practice! I am excited to be on this journey and a part of the Lighthouse Family!
