My name is Tebra Minor and I am excited to be a part of your family’s educational experience. I have happily taught children of different ages and abilities in diverse settings throughout my career.  As I have moved from camp counselor and preschool teacher to Center Director, I have always tried to create environments where children feel safe, excited about learning and loved.

I was born and raised near Chicago, Il and received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from Lake Forest College.  I have taught in and managed private programs, military programs and municipal programs for over 25 years.  I am especially proud to be a part of Children’s Lighthouse at Viridian.  I look forward to being a part of the journey that each child begins with us.  I believe that our work together now will create a future community of engaged and excited citizens, ready to take on any challenge!

My name is Taylor Melton and I am so happy to be able to grow and learn with your children here at Children's Lighthouse of Little Elm. I began my childcare career working as a summer camp counselor and moved my way up to the Summer Camp Coordinator. My journey into early learning began here at Children's Lighthouse of Little Elm where I've had the opportunity to work with every age group.    

I was born in Alabama, but happily moved to the Dallas area when I was 3 years old. I am currently finishing up my Bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences with a focus on English as a Second Language. I have also worked as the Curriculum and Enrollment Specialist for over a year. I am overjoyed to have this opportunity to work closely with your children and build a open and accepting environment for all!
