My name is Bradley Fink and I am the owner for Children's Lighthouse Kyle. Opening this preschool in Kyle has been a dream of mine for the last several years. I spent 2 years searching for the perfect location - one that is central to families, safe for children, and will provide for the best daycare and preschool to families with all of the new development taking place.
The Children's Lighthouse brand is still family owned, based on Fort Worth TX. They recently celebrated 25 years. Michael Brown - the son and nephew of the founders - is currently President of the company. As an owner, it's great to work directly with a family owned company that is Texas based. So many of the other childcare brands are owned by private equity firms. After comparing other brand's in the educational childcare space, it's clear to me that Children's Lighthouse was the right choice for me and for Kyle. I was immediately drawn to the exceptional curriculum, the focus on safety and security, and the focus on families and communities.
My background is in consulting, where I managed large teams, supported complex projects, and led clients through significant changes to their business. I enjoy building strong teams, great culture, and ensuring my employees are rewarded for their work. I aim to ensure we provide high value for the tuition that families pay and that my staff are rewarded at top of market rates.
I am taking my prior consulting/ managerial experience and applying it to Children's Lighthouse Kyle in order to build the best preschool in Kyle, TX.
Our strategy for success is to support families, attract and retain the best teachers, and build a true community via exciting seasonal events and multiple in classroom parties that we welcome parents to join.
After almost 2 years of being open, I have built a strong management team and an amazing team of lead teachers. I am incredibly proud of our high reviews, our low teacher turn over, and the community of parents and families that we have built.
My clients always demanded excellence - and parents and our students should expect nothing less.
