We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Ms. Becca Caccavale as the new Director of Children’s Lighthouse of Celina! With over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, she has truly done it all—from assistant teacher to leadership roles—gaining a deep understanding of how to create an environment where children, families, and teachers can all thrive.

Ms. Becca is known for her warm and welcoming presence, always going above and beyond to ensure that every child feels safe, loved, and inspired to learn. Her passion for early childhood education shines through in everything she does, and she’s committed to creating an environment where kids can learn, play, and reach their fullest potential!

Her experience is matched by her genuine belief in the power of strong relationships—with families, teachers, and the community. She understands that when we work together, amazing things happen, and she’s ready to help lead us toward success as we embark on this exciting journey together!

When she’s not busy leading and supporting our wonderful Children’s Lighthouse team, Ms. Becca loves spending time with her family, embracing her creative side, and getting lost in a good book. 📚✨
