Lisa has an extensive background in early childhood. Lisa began her career in 1995 as a classroom teacher, where she quickly recognized the impact that early education has on a child and their family. After receiving her bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University she accepted a director role at a center with 300+ children.
During this time she saw the importance of the teacher's role in the classroom and decided to obtain her Master Level trainer's certificate from the Texas Early Childhood Professional Development System. This certification provided her with additional tools and quality standards to help continually improve all aspects of her program.
Early childhood is an ever changing and growing field, and Lisa continued her personal growth by obtaining her masters degree in Education from Concordia University.
Lisa believes that learning is a life-long process and is proud to be a part of creating a strong foundation for the children in our program.
