Hello, my name is Mikahla Adrian. I have been the Director at Children’s Lighthouse of Brushy Creek for four years and am a proud Children's Lighthouse mom. I am happily married and have an amazing son named Cade.

A bit about me: I grew up in a small Texas town with just 3,000 people. In high school, I majored in Agriculture and was an active member of my local FFA chapter. After graduating, I planned to study Agricultural Business to find ways to teach young children about FFA and its significant impact on my life. However, I soon discovered my passion for working with children, drawn in by their joy and laughter. This led me to pursue a career in teaching. I started as a teacher at a local preschool and eventually worked my way up to becoming a director.

As a director, my mission is to ensure that our families and their children receive the highest-quality care and service. I have experience teaching children of all ages, primarily infants through two-year-olds, and I hold a Child Development Associate credential in Infant Education. I am committed to partnering with my team to ensure that our program sets the standard for excellence in Early Childhood Education.

Hello, my name is Jenna Way. I am the Assistant Director at Children’s Lighthouse of Brushy Creek and Children's Lighthouse Mom. A little about me: I grew up in Bryan—College Station, Texas, where I attended Texas A&M University. There, I danced for the Aggie Wranglers and studied Psychology. 

 I am happily married and have a son whom I adore. I love to sew, sketch, and go bowling with my family in my spare time. My little family has moved and lived in many places from living the Military lifestyle but after separating from the Army we decided to move closer to family in the Central Texas area and have enjoyed being back Home. 

I have been in the Early Education Field for 4 years, teaching 0 – 24 months and Pre-K-aged children. Some of my favorite children’s books are The Wonky Donkey and I Rode a Clown Bike to School. I look forward to being a resource to the families and children enrolled in care and being a helping hand to those who need it.
