Director - Mrs. Sarah
Ms. Sarah is an experienced and passionate early childhood education professional with eight years of dedicated service within the Children’s Lighthouse family. Over the course of her career, she has held a variety of roles including assistant teacher, lead teacher, closing manager, assistant director, and center director, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both classroom learning and school leadership.
She studied child psychology at Charleston Southern University, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding how young children grow, learn, and thrive. Ms. Sarah brings a deep commitment to nurturing each child’s development while fostering a warm, engaging, and supportive environment for both students and staff.
Outside of her professional life, Ms. Sarah is a creative spirit who enjoys music and crafting, often incorporating creativity into her work with children. She has been married to her husband, Ben, since 2019, and together they have a joyful three-year-old son, Charlie.
Ms. Sarah is excited to serve the Allen community and is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with families and staff while continuing to support the high standards and positive culture of Children’s Lighthouse.
