Scott Waltenburg, a proud father of 2, has been in the business of serving Chicagoland families since 2004. He started his career trading commodities, but once his daughters were born he opened his first franchise location, Pump It Up of Glenview. It was a success, and he enjoyed working within the franchise and family business worlds. He eventually sold this location to open a second location in the city of Chicago. It was here that he teamed up with Davora Sides, a young entrepreneur out of Northwestern University. They paired Scott's skills with acquiring real estate and developing new businesses with Davora's all star organization, and, service skills honed during 14 years working with kids in camps, schools and family entertainment venues. Together they were thrilled to find another franchise, Childrens Lighthouse, that shared their passion for family ownership, hard work, dedication and serving the community.
